Originally purchased in April of 2018. Changed out the Rosewood neck to the Stratocaster maple. Neck serial #MX17833763. Brand new machine heads. New nut. Hardly played, I purchased a 2018 Gibson Smokehouse and need to sell the Jazzmaster. In all honesty I played the guitar for no more than a combined 20 hours. All the frets are in mint condition. All switches, knobs, dials, truss-rod and hardware are in mint condition. I installed the nut myself, there is a very small gap on the high e side between the nut and where it sits. Intonation is perfect, but it may need adjusting upon delivery. I have 11 gauge strings on it that are barely played. The pickups are hot and the sound is articulate and crisp and full. The Made in Mexico neck plays fast and is very clean. The body of the guitar is extremely clean. When the neck arrived I installed it and experimented with a string tree. I took off the string tree because I got better intonation without it. There are 2 small string tree holes in the headstock which I did my best to clean up. The original guitar was $399, the neck was $200 and the machine heads were $30. I will ship it out with extreme care. Feel free to ask any questions!
